System composition:
Assembly auxiliary line: adopting the form of ground drag chain, consisting of ground drag chain and assembly trolley, with 2 trolleys as a group.
Main assembly line: adopting the form of ground drag chain+double plate chain, the ground drag chain trolley is composed of front, middle, and rear cars.
Chassis translation device: used to transfer the chassis from the auxiliary line to the main line.
Chassis flipping machine: used for 180 degree flipping of the chassis, in the form of belt, chain, wire rope hoist, and ring chain hoist.
Online equipment: Transport the required components, such as front and rear axles, powertrain, tires, and vehicle body, to the line body, usually in the form of self-propelled carts, roller conveyors, suspension chains, or monorail hoists.
Assembly line: Generally, there are assembly lines for the engine, body, fuel tank, and air reservoir, which use plate chains or drag chains.
Packing table and lifting equipment: The packing table and lifting equipment required for the entire set of workpieces.
Steel structure: suspended in the air or in the form of ground columns.
Other equipment: KBK portable crane, tool slide rail, air compression station and compressed air pipeline, ribbon, fan, filling machine, tightening machine, etc.
Control and management system: partitioned or centralized.
