On the afternoon of August 15th, the company's safety production standardization kickoff meeting was held in Conference Room 301. Comrade Zhang Zhengsheng, the General Manager of the company, attended the meeting and delivered a mobilization speech, inviting the expert group of Hubei Xiongtai Safety and Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. to provide training and explanation. Nearly 40 employees of the company attended the meeting, which was chaired by Comrade Wang Zhengfeng, the Deputy General Manager. After the kick-off meeting, the expert group conducted a preliminary investigation of safety hazards on site, and the results of the investigation were communicated and exchanged with the company.
According to the implementation plan for creating safety production standardization, a leadership group has been established with the General Manager as the team leader, the Deputy General Manager as the deputy team leader, and department heads as members. The establishment of safety production standardization activities began on August 15, 2015 and ended on October 30, 2015.
Divided into six stages
1、 Deployment, publicity, and mobilization stages. Time: August 15th to August 20th, 2015;
Convene a safety standardization work meeting to mobilize and deploy, convey and learn from the instructions of superiors on safety standardization management work, clarify work task objectives and completion deadlines.
2、 Implementation phase: Time: August 21st to October 30th, 2015;
1. Organize all employees to study the "Basic Norms for Enterprise Safety Production Standardization" (AQ/T 9006-2010) and the "Guidelines for Safety and Quality Standardization of Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises", comprehensively master the rating standards and scoring methods; (August 21st to August 31st)
2. Establishment and improvement of rules and regulations stage (September 1st to September 7th)
Organize relevant personnel to develop safety operation technical regulations, establish and improve various safety production rules and regulations, and clarify the safety responsibilities of leaders at all levels, departments, positions, and personnel. The directory of rules and regulations that should be established and improved is attached.
3、 Hazard investigation stage: Time: (September 8th to September 15th, 2015)
According to the content of the "Safety Production Standardization Evaluation Checklist for Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises", conduct a hazard investigation by comparing the company's safety management, on-site operations, facilities and equipment, and make a basic judgment on the company's safety status.
4、 Hidden danger rectification stage: Time: August 16th to September 15th, 2015
Develop rectification plans for the identified hazards and problems, hire experts for on-site guidance in a timely manner, assign responsible persons, funds, and completion time for rectification, and complete them accordingly.
5、 Self inspection and self-evaluation period: September 15th to September 20th, 2015
The leadership group shall organize relevant personnel to conduct a self-evaluation based on the "Safety and Quality Standardization Evaluation Checklist for Mechanical Manufacturing Enterprises", and make a conclusion on whether they have the ability to apply for review. If they meet the standards, the activity office shall form a self-evaluation report, submit it to the Zhangwan District Safety Supervision Bureau, and submit a written evaluation application. If they do not meet the standards, further rectification shall be carried out. After meeting the standards, they shall be reported to the Zhangwan District Safety Supervision Bureau according to the procedures.
6、 Review stage: Time: September 20th to October 30th, 2015
Welcome the review organized by the Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau, rectify the problems and hidden dangers raised in the review, and summarize.
