At present, there are estimated to be several thousand large-scale painting production lines in China, with almost half of them being introduced as large-scale painting production lines. Despite the rapid development of China's painting equipment industry, there is still a significant gap in overall level. This also prompts us to overcome some obstacles and shortcomings in the development process of the industry, seek benefits and avoid disadvantages. From the perspective of China's existing coating equipment production lines, the main problems are as follows:
Low design level
One reason is that China has not invested much in the research and development of coating equipment, and there are few advanced and mature powder spraying assembly line equipment occupying the market. Even for domestically built coating production lines, some key equipment on the production line is mostly imported. The second issue is that some basic components and control components in our country are of poor quality and cannot withstand long-term tests. Therefore, despite the advanced design of the production line, there is no sufficient guarantee of equipment. At the same time, domestic investment in production lines has blindly decreased, and equipment cannot be selected as required. Due to various reasons, it reflects that the production line level is not high, involving changes in design level. In fact, some production lines designed and manufactured independently in our country are not inferior to some foreign production lines in terms of technology and equipment level, but they are often plagued by the reliability and lifespan of components.
Rough manufacturing level
The domestic industry layout is scattered, the enterprise scale is generally small, the comprehensive strength is weak, and it largely relies on manual operation. Therefore, the manufacturing process is rough, the technology is backward, and the equipment appearance is poor, which directly affects the performance indicators and reliability of the equipment, and also leads to the low price of domestic painting production lines.
Low usage level
The operators lack knowledge of painting, do not follow the operating procedures, do not follow the process conditions, ignore the operating environment, and do not attach importance to environmental protection.
Excellent safety level
Due to the limitation of one-time investment and insufficient attention to safety issues, a large number of painting production lines in our country do not comply with the safety regulations for painting operations. Compared with the series of national painting operation safety regulations, there are many hidden dangers in terms of gas prevention, dust prevention, fire prevention, explosion prevention, etc. How to achieve comprehensive protection and promote the development of painting production lines towards a direction that is beneficial to workers' health and ensures safety is not given enough attention and effort.
1. Some foreign production lines with low painting technology levels are mixed into the Chinese market.
2. Introduce disorderly and repetitive production lines of the same type.
The advanced coating equipment production line introduced has not been well digested and absorbed.
4. Some domestically designed and developed automatic painting production lines have not been widely communicated and promoted.
In recent years, some domestic units have attached certain importance to the research and development of equipment and new technologies used in coating production lines, and have achieved certain results. However, due to limitations in research and development investment such as manpower and funds, there are often more imitations, less independent development, and less innovation, so the results are not significant.
